Providing our customers with top-notch security is one of DATAMATX’s most closely held values, and it’s a commitment we demonstrate year after year by earning the most prestigious security certifications available. Today, we’re proud to announce that many of our platforms and systems have achieved Risk-based, 2-year (r2) Certification status through HITRUST—a comprehensive framework that evaluates our preparedness to address a wide range of security-related challenges—as well as the objectives specified in the NIST Cyber Security Framework v1.0.

This is DATAMATX’s fifth year of certification through HITRUST. Earning this distinction means our platforms have successfully undergone a series of rigorous security audits, demonstrating our compliance with regulations, standards, and frameworks implemented at both the state and federal level. As we explored in a previous blog post, this certification is administered by the HITRUST Assurance Program, which supports organizations in implementing various prescriptive and scalable controls to ensure the highest level of security for sensitive data.

HITRUST Risk-based, 2-year (r2) certification, the level achieved this year by DATAMATX’s systems, is the most prestigious level of certification within the framework. This accomplishment not only places us in an elite group of organizations worldwide when it comes to data protection, but also demonstrates our long-term commitment to implementing the most stringent security controls possible on behalf of our customer base.

This year, the following DATAMATX systems achieved HITRUST Risk-based, 2-year (r2) Certification status:

• • DocSight, residing at our Atlanta Center. DocSight is a software that provides end-to-end document management solutions, including batch processing and the ability to convert print documents into searchable PDFs.
  • eTRAX 2 and TRAX, residing at DATAMATX Datacenter Atlanta. These dashboards make it possible for customers to track documents and jobs regardless of their location, offering uninterrupted visibility and business continuity.
  • Our Phoenix and HQ offices—located, respectively, in Chandler, AZ, and Atlanta, GA.
  • Our data centers in Richmond, VA and Atlanta, GA.
