**UPDATE**
Tuesday, May 5, 2020, 10:00 pm EST
DX Customers, Partners, and Business Friends,
Good morning.
Focus continues to be on our Team here at Datamatx and keeping everyone healthy and well at all locations, and so far so good. We continue our internal COVID-19 team meetings three times a week, practicing sound and safe procedures like checking everyone’s temperature daily at shift/work start times and minimizing common touchpoint areas, and cleaning and disinfecting well among other implemented safety precautions that we are exercising throughout.
All three of our production operations are online and operating as normal. We continue to remain on schedule with all Customer work at this time and continue to anticipate minimal to no delays in any processing or delivery times through the end of this week 5/8. If we do experience any unforeseen situations that may impact our production and cause substantial delays, we will certainly post these and do our best to make everyone aware. Our plans have not changed and we plan to present mail to the USPS daily as scheduled at each of our facilities and don’t expect any reasons for delays at this time.
International mail delivery has been hampered substantially and we are hearing of many delays to over 100 countries worldwide. For Canada and Mexico, both are still only reporting limited delays for letter mail, and the delays into these countries sound to be minimal.
And for additional logistics details, please see the following link posted by the USPS regarding international mail delivery at https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm. Additionally, more useful USPS updates can be found at https://faq.usps.com/s/article/USPS-Coronavirus-Updates-for-Business-Customers, and important service alerts available to subscribe to can be found at https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts.

We continue our prayers for all as we weather the storm here.
Stay well.

Monday, April 27, 2020, 10:00 pm EST
DX Customers and Partners,
Good morning and hoping everyone had a safe weekend as we continue to fight this terrible COVID-19 pandemic. We’re continuing to focus on our Team here at DX and keeping everyone healthy and well at each of our three facilities. As most of you are aware of the news, Georgia opened up for business Friday so many eyes will be monitoring how this goes over the next week. For our Atlanta facility, we expect no changes to our current operating procedures.
As of this morning and after a busy production weekend, all three of our production operations are online and operating as normal. We continue to remain on schedule with all Customer work at this time and continue to only anticipate minimal to no delays in any processing or delivery times through the end of this week as we head into May and month-end processing. If we do foresee any extensive challenges that may cause additional delays we will certainly post these and try to make everyone aware. We plan to present mail to the USPS daily as scheduled and do NOT foresee any reasons for delays at this time.
As of today for International, in addition to those already reported by the USPS, there are expanding countries and delivery areas around the globe that have reported further delivery challenges and extensive delays by the USPS, and in some cases have stopped receiving inbound mail. For our two neighbors, Canada and Mexico, both are still only reporting limited delays for letter mail, and this sounds to be minimal.
Please see the following link as well for other informational posts by the USPS regarding international mail delivery at https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm. Additionally, some other useful USPS updates can be found at https://faq.usps.com/s/article/USPS-Coronavirus-Updates-for-Business-Customers, and service alerts can be located at https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts.

Continued prayers to each of you and yours as we’re beginning to hopefully see the light at the end of the tunnel and our hopes are increasing that we will soon get back to a state of a different type of normalcy and see the number of fatalities drop.
Stay well.
