DATAMATX respects user privacy. DATAMATX does not disclose, rent or sell your E-mail address or any other information we may receive to any third party, unless you specifically request it. In registration, DATAMATX requires a username and an E-mail address. All other details are optional. DATAMATX may disclose individual account or user information in cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating DATAMATX Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) DATAMATX' rights or property, other DATAMATX users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. LeadLander may identify you personally based on links you have clicked in emails or information you have submitted in online web forms and associate this informaton with LeadLander cookies. LeadLander will never share information about your page view visits on our site with other LeadLander customers. LeadLander will never sell your page view visits to any third parties.
