Harry Stephens, CEO of DATAMATX, to Speak at the National Postal Forum March 20-23, 2005 in Nashville, Tennessee

Stephens holds pivotal role in two Postal Customer Council sessions

Atlanta, Georgia, - March 9, 2005 - DATAMATX, Inc., one of the nation's largest privately held providers of full-service document printing and mailing, announced today that Harry P. Stephens, president and CEO, will be a panelist at two Postal Customer Council (PCC) sessions at the National Postal Forum to be held March 20-23, 2005, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Stephens will be a featured panelist at the opening session of the PCC Leadership Conference, starting at 1:00 p.m. on March 20th. During the session, PCC Advisory Committee members, PCC leaders and Postal Service officers and executives will discuss the key challenges facing the mailing industry and ways of working together to improve value for everyone in the mailing industry. The seven-speaker panel will also provide attendees with a clear understanding of the future vision of the new PCC network.

In addition, Stephens will be one of three panelists to officially launch the PCC Network Recognition Program, also held on March 20th (at 2:30 p.m.), which helps participants learn about industry best practices, as well as unveils the Recognition Program's selection criteria and nomination deadlines.

"I'm pleased to be participating in these events, which not only help inform, but continue to raise the bar on helping companies maximize the mail to reach and interact with customers," said Stephens. "As mailing and document delivery techniques continue to improve and change in today's competitive environment, informative sessions such as these become vitally important."

Postal Customer Councils are grass roots organizations comprised of volume mailers that provide networking and educational opportunities to help businesses effectively and efficiently communicate and build customer relationships through the mail. There are over 170 PCCs nationwide. Roughly 6,000 middle to upper managers are expected to attend the National Postal Forum from more than 32 vertical sectors, including financial services, healthcare, insurance and telecommunications.
