Stephens, president and CEO, will be a panelist at two Postal Customer Council (PCC) sessions at the National Postal Forum to be held March 20-23, 2005, in Nashville, Tennessee. Stephens will be a featured panelist at the opening session of the PCC Leadership Conference, starting at 1:00 p.m. on March 20th. During the session, PCC Advisory Committee members, PCC leaders and Postal Service officers and executives will discuss the key challenges facing the mailing industry and ways of working together to improve value for everyone in the mailing industry. The seven-speaker panel will also provide attendees with a clear understanding of the future vision of the new PCC network. In addition, Stephens will be one of three panelists to officially launch the PCC Network Recognition Program, also held on March 20th (at 2:30 p.m.), which helps participants learn about industry best practices, as well as unveils the Recognition Program's selection criteria and nomination deadlines.
