Atlanta, Georgia, February 04, 2005 - Always on the cutting edge of billing outsourcing solutions, DATAMATX, one of the nation's largest privately held providers of full-service document printing and mailing, announced today it has added new state-of-the-art printing and insertion equipment to its facilities strategically located across the United States. The company-s investment in the most advanced production capabilities on the market not only enhances the speed and accuracy of producing invoices and statements, but also helps customers expedite payments and improve cash flow. Additionally, the new systems, which include color and tabletop printing equipment from some of the industry's most reputable manufacturers (Xerox, Bowe Bell & Howell, and Hasler, Inc.) allow DATAMATX to increase its overall output volume and reduce its customers' processing and mailing costs.

"Companies are most successful when they focus on their core strengths. By partnering with DATAMATX, companies and organizations can get the most advanced, customer-focused invoices and statements produced and mailed fast, without having to divert any time or capital investments away from their primary business," said Harry Stephens, president of DATAMATX. "Our number-one priority is making sure we process statements and invoices quickly, accurately and cost effectively. Keeping up with the latest advances in equipment is key to achieving that goal."

New printing and inserting systems have been installed in each of the company's three facilities, located in Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA, and Phoenix, AZ. Atlanta recently installed the DP180HLC, Xerox's newest digital printing system, making it one of only 10 units currently installed in the U.S. Printing at greater than 600 DPI, the DP180HLC enhances print quality to more effectively distinguish critical information, such as due dates, deadlines and balance information. Production is also twice as fast with the DP180HLC, printing 180 images of highlighted color printing per minute. In Phoenix, the Xerox DP92C highlight color printing system was added to the current 4890 model, increasing the company's capacity for printing highlight color and adding significantly to the facility's production speed. New BH1000 Bowe Bell & Howell inserters were installed in the Richmond and Atlanta facilities to increase efficiency and offer an unprecedented speed to market. Additionally, DATAMATX announced it also installed an Ascom Hasler MS6000 intelligent tabletop folder/inserter system in Atlanta to automate small jobs typically processed by hand or in a multi-task process enhancing quality and, again, increasing efficiency by saving time.

"To thrive in today's competitive market, companies need the most reliable, cost-effective solutions for every part of their business," said Stephens. "As technology changes, DATAMATX will continue to invest in the best document solutions in the market positioning us to provide results that add positively to our customers' bottom line and make the outsourcing of mission-critical documents a wise business choice."
