Project Management and Support
With DATAMATX, you are never in the dark about the status
of your project. Our proprietary TRAX system uses next generation,
two-dimensional (2D) barcoding to track documents as they flow
through our facilities and stores the information in a database for
quick, easy access by our customer service staff when you call. Or,
check the status yourself via eTRAX! Through your own computer, you
can access eTRAX online anytime of the day or night and review and
download your documents in PDF format via Adobe Acrobat Reader.
eTRAX - by clicking on the Work Order Number in the Job status
screen you will receive detail regarding the Work Order. Date and
Time Received, Approved, Processing Completed, Printing Completed,
Quality Assurance Completed, and Mailed. The report also provides
Job Counts of, Total Statements, Total Images, Total #10, 6x9 and
9x12 envelopes used, Return, or No Mail pieces and the Total
Mailing.
eVIEW - with eVIEW you can see your documents as your customers
do. Get complete access to final customer documents with eVIEW
on-line document retrieval system. Simply search by account number
and you'll see a full-color PDF of your customer's document - ready
to review, print, e-mail or fax, right from your desktop.
eTRAX job Status - shows the Work Order Number assigned by
DATAMATX, Job Name Processing Date and Time and Status of the Job
at the time viewed.
